NexAI Privacy Policy
NexAI is a local-first app. Your chats and history stay on your device, and NextEra.One does not collect them on a server.
Chat history and settings stay on your device.
NexAI ships no advertising or analytics SDKs and does not sell your prompts.
Prompts are processed locally. Internet access downloads models and supporting files.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the NexAI Android app and the public NexAI product pages operated by NextEra.One. It is written to explain how the app accesses, uses, stores and shares user data for Google Play review and for people using the app.
NexAI does not require a NextEra.One account. If that changes, this policy will be updated before account features are released.
2. Data NexAI accesses or stores on your device
NexAI accesses data only for the features users would expect from this app.

3. Data collected by NextEra.One
NextEra.One does not operate an account service, analytics backend, advertising backend or sync backend for NexAI. NexAI does not upload your chats and history to NextEra.One.
The public website may receive ordinary web server request information from visitors, such as IP address, browser type and requested page, through the hosting provider used to publish these static pages. The app itself does not send your data to that website.
4. Data sharing and user-initiated transfers
NexAI does not sell personal and sensitive user data. Data can leave your device in these user-initiated cases:
- On first use of a model, NexAI downloads model files from Hugging Face and may download supporting runtime files from their hosting providers. These requests expose ordinary network information, such as your IP address and the requested files, to those providers; they do not include your prompts. Downloads are cached locally for offline inference. Selecting another model or clearing storage may require new downloads.
- If you install or open the app through Google Play, Google processes Play Store data under Google's policies.
5. Permissions
The current Android app declares Internet and vibration permissions. These do not require runtime permission prompts. It does not declare notification or shared-storage permissions.
- Internet: download model files and supporting runtime files. AI inference runs on-device.
- Vibration: provide optional haptic feedback when sending a message or completing a response.
- Local storage: history, settings, and cached models use app-owned storage; the app does not request a shared-storage permission.
6. Retention and deletion
- NexAI saves recent conversation history locally. New chat resets the current conversation and its saved history; Android Clear storage removes all local app data.
- Settings and cached model files remain on-device until changed or removed. Clearing app storage removes them, and using models afterward requires another download.
- NextEra.One cannot recover deleted local data because it is not synced to a NextEra.One server.
- You can also use Android Settings > Apps > NexAI > Storage > Clear storage (called Clear data on some devices) to remove local app data. This website cannot clear data from the installed app.
7. Security
NexAI relies on Android runtime permissions, Android app sandboxing and local device storage. Because NexAI does not run a cloud sync service, there is no NextEra.One server copy of your chats and history. Anything you choose to share into other apps is governed by those providers' practices.
8. Children
NexAI is not directed to children. It is a general-purpose tool intended for users who are allowed to manage their own content on their Android device.
9. Changes and contact
NextEra.One may update this policy when NexAI changes how it handles data. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
